1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AceInterview AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AceInterview AI is an AI-powered interview preparation platform that helps users prepare for job interviews through mock interviews, CV analysis, real question research, and personalized coaching feedback.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, VAT, and tax compliance. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region due to local taxes.
5. Free Plan
The free plan includes a limited number of sessions as stated on our pricing page. Free plan limits may change with notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include: attempting to reverse-engineer the AI models, scraping or bulk-downloading content, sharing your account credentials, using the Service for any unlawful purpose, or interfering with the Service's operation.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AceInterview AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your CV and personal data remain yours. AI-generated content produced during your sessions is licensed to you for personal use.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated coaching will result in successful job outcomes. Interview preparation results vary by individual.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AceInterview AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities or decisions made based on AI coaching.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your access to paid features will end at the close of your current billing period.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
