We want you to be satisfied with AceInterview AI. If the Service does not meet your expectations, we offer the following refund policy.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
To request a refund within 7 days, email us at support@aceinterview.pro with the subject line "Refund Request" and your account email.
Renewals
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. We send a reminder email before each renewal. If you wish to cancel, you can do so at any time from your account settings before the renewal date.
Refunds for renewal charges are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you forgot to cancel and contact us within 48 hours of a renewal charge, we will typically issue a full refund.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined if there is evidence of abuse of the Service, violation of our Terms of Service, or if a refund was already issued for a previous subscription period.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
